Below the house, a large village garden (large for a village).
A guinguette with its light garlands for meals in the garden, has a fridge and a bbq.
Deckchairs, tennis rackets for the neighboring courts.
Raspberries in August, grapes in September. Apples, pears, quinces.
A flight of steps leads you directly to the edge of the river.
